Pay up front for orders below 20$.

Product (PNG) will be delivered digitally through email. On orders above 20$ customer agrees to pay half the invoice total upfront. The other half has to be paid on approval of the initial sketch.

Customer has right to three rounds of revisions in the sketching phase.

Customer has right to minor edits after completion (I.E eyecolour change). More complicated edits will incur further charges as a separate invoice.

Must be paid in USD.

Customer can request refund in full if no work has been done, if work has been done, only partial refund is allowed. It will be calculated based on the amount of work done.

Customer can ask for a refund on orders with no progress for 140 days, or when work has not been completed within 140 days.

Customer is required to contact the seller in a fast and responsive manner.

Products cannot be used for commercial use (Any monetary of financial gain) without additional fees.

Illustrator has the right to cancel and refund any projects for any reason necessary.

Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any generative AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.

Seller recieves payment via Payoneer.

Seller has the right to post commissions as part of their portfolio. This includes social media and expansion of the website.

Customer must credit the seller when artwork is used on Social Media/Websites.

Seller holds the original copyright of the art delivered, meanwhile the customer holds the intellectual property.
